The aim of implementing the Ampio system in the NCDC office building in Szczecin was to create a modern space that would provide:

• Energy savings – through intelligent management of lighting, air conditioning and heating.
• User comfort – thanks to the ability to adjust working conditions, such as temperature, lighting and ventilation, to individual needs.
• Access control – to enhance employee safety and flexible office space management.

The project encompassed both the historic, restored building and the modern, newly constructed part of the office building, allowing modern technologies to be combined with aesthetically pleasing design and functionality.

The project utilises advanced technologies that support effective building management and improve the daily experience of users:

• Lighting control – intelligent management of LEDs and halogens, which allows for reduced energy consumption.
• Air conditioning, ventilation and heating services – optimisation of thermal conditions and air quality, tailored to current needs.
• Roller blind control – adjustment of sunlight levels to increase working comfort and reduce overheating of rooms.
• Access control – employees use RFID cards, which ensures security and convenience when moving around the building.
• Automatic zone arming – the system detects when there is no one left in the rooms and automatically secures these areas.
• Integration with the alarm system – increased building protection through consistent security system management.
• Control via touch panels and the Ampio app – intuitive management of all building functions, both on-site and remotely.

Thanks to the implemented solutions, the Ampio system has enabled NCDC to achieve a high level of comfort and efficiency, while reducing operating costs and supporting sustainable energy management. This is an excellent example of how technology can support the development of modern office spaces.
