The project aimed to create a unique exhibition space combining art with modern technology. The main idea was to use automation to highlight the artistic value of Zdzisław Beksiński's exhibition and improve the visitor experience through dynamic lighting and sound effects. Another key element was to ensure the reliability of the system in the unique conditions of a historic mine 320 metres underground.

The Ampio automation system has been installed in the Guido Historic Mine in Zabrze, controlling lighting and sound in the exhibition space. Presence sensors activate track and linear lighting in the DALI protocol and synchronise music using the IF-SU-100D module. This allows the exhibition to adapt to the presence of visitors, saving energy and enhancing the experience of viewing the art.

In addition, the system is equipped with a light animation function, which is activated during special events and causes the exhibition space to light up in a carefully planned sequence, creating a cascading lighting effect. This innovative element attracts the attention of visitors and highlights the artistic qualities of Beksiński's works in a novel way.
